DEPOSIT
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of making your reservation. We will email you a confirmation document for signature on the day you confirm and this will be due back with your deposit within 7 days. The balance is due on the day of the event.

CANCELLATION
You may re-schedule or cancel event date by providing no less than seventy-two (72) hours written notice to P & P. If a cancellation is received less than 72 hours prior to the event date (not including weather related events), one half of the total event amount will be due to Ponies & Pals. In the event of a weather related cancellation or re-scheduling , the 72 hour written notice will be waived, however, cancellation due to weather must be received 6 hours prior to the start of the event. If cancellation is not received 6 hours prior for a weather related cancellation, payment for event is due in full. Deposits will be credited toward a re-scheduled event for up to one year.
