Ponies & Pals provides animals for all types of events, from local church and corporate events, to festival and fair events with over 100,000 attendees.

We take a great deal of pride in the professional presentation of our product.  It is our goal to provide you with the finest quality children's entertainment with respect to your needs and budget.

We will work closely with you to determine the best fit of animals for your event.  In addition to the animal planning, we will determine the need for and type of tents, lights, decorations, etc. that will round out the presentation of the animal area.

FESTIVAL & FAIR DAILY RATES:

We will work with you to determine the best pricing scenario for your event.  Much depends on how your children's area is structured - admission paid by patrons, use of coupons/tickets, sponsors, etc.  If the event is paying our fee and wants the presentation to the public to be that the services are "free" to them, we will consider the following in determing our rate:

• LOCATION/DISTANCE FROM OUR HOME BASE
• NUMBER OF DAYS
• SITE CONDITIONS - GRASS OR CONCRETE SURFACE
• TOTAL DAILY HOURS
• SERVICES PROVIDED - PETTING ZOO AND/OR PONIES
• TYPE OF FENCING, TENTS REQUIRED

PAY FOR PLAY RATES:

If the event prefers that we charge a fee at the gate for admission we are happy to work with that arrangement.  However, we do require a guarantee of at least the daily minimum rate determined for your event.  For example, if you have booked our petting zoo and our normal rate for that zoo would be 900.00 for the period of time booked, we would collect our admission rate of $3.00 - $5.00 per child.  If at the end of the day, the gate take only amounted to $750.00, the event would be requied to pay Ponies & Pals the difference of $150.00

PRICING FLEXIBILITY:

Ponies & Pals strives to be fair and competive with our pricing.  We are willing to be as flexible as possible in order to arrive at an agreeable pricing solution for your event. 

SALE OF FEED:

Ponies & Pals will sell feed at festival & fair events at the rate of $1.00 per cup.  All revenues from the sale of feed are separate from the total gate take and not subject to any vendor fees or percentages.
